Mission Statement:

To provide disadvantage youth and adults with a creative form of psychological guidance counseling and therapy associated with “The Power of Applied Thought, also known as NOESIS.” This program consist of physical exercise, journal writing combined with cognitive behavioral therapy and existential therapy (definedas an optimistic approach in that it embraces human potential, while remaining a realistic approach through its recognition of human limitation).

• Implementation of a weekly Physical Training regimen
• Implementation of weekly Journal Writing practices
• Guidance Counseling in the form of Classes/Seminars (Goal Setting, Decision Making, Discussion regarding the How, What, Where and Why Behaviors)
• Individual and Group Therapy Sessions (Cognitive Behavioral & Existential Based)
• Common Life Skill Development Counseling
